Gymnastics returns to the Y! |

 Designed for children who are new to gymnastics, this class will include basic tumbling, rhythm, balance and coordination exercises. Children will be led through the basics needed for a strong foundation in the sport.

*NEW* PYSCES Pre-Swim Team Program |
|
Progressive, Youth, Swimming for Competetion, Exercise and Stroke Technique  Children ages 6 to 14 who can complete a 25 yard freestyle swim and a 25 yard backstroke swim (or passed Minnow Level) can join. PYSCES is designed to emphasize stroke development and techniques related to the four competetive swimmng strokes. This class is excellent for those children who want to prepare for swim club this summer. |
