Volunteers are the lifeblood of the YMCA. The essence of the YMCA's mission - in the past and now - is to help individuals reach their fullest potential in spirit, mind and body.
Some of the available opportunities:
- Youth sport coaches and assistants
- Administrative and clerical aides
- Community Events (Pee Dee International Festival and Pecan Festival)
- YMCA Special Events (Father-Daughter Dance, Open Houses, Spring Fling, Fall Festival)
- Membership Ambassadors - assist us in keeping in touch with our members who are going through a difficult time or just haven't been coming to the Y lately.
- Helping hands in the Youth Activity Center and the Child Watch Rooms to assits in childcare, play and leadership.
