The Florence Family YMCA is recognized as the premier community service agency in the Pee Dee area due to its innovative programming, its strategically located programming centers, its safe and clean environment and its outstanding customer service.  Character development is a visible component of the YMCA as we strive to build a stronger spirit, mind and body.  Core programs emphasize strengthening youth, families and the community while using active volunteers and a dedicated staff.  Annual Lend-A-Hand Giving, Endowment Funds and Financial Aid Assistance increase annually in keeping with our mission of not turning anyone away.  The Florence Family YMCA commits to being a creative risk taker while changing lives for the better!
