Monday and Wednesday mornings at 5:30 am. Join Cynthia for an early morning ride!

Our current spin schedule is as follows:

Mon & Wed 5:30 am
Tues & Thurs 8:30 am & 6:00 pm
Sat 9:00 am

Childcare is offered during the Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday classes.

**We are specifically looking for energetic people to teach high quality group fitness classes in the fitness room and in the pool.

ALL YOGA PARTICIPANTS BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT AT THIS TIME.

FEES: One Session $40; Five or more Sessions $35 per session; Ten or more Sessions $30 (each session lasts 1 hour)
