A family membership is required to bring in another family with equal number of members to guests, for a flat fee of $35. Members must be age 16 or older to bring a guest. Unescorted guests may not use the facility. All guests must have a photo ID. Y Staff cannot sign in guests while they are working. Y staff reserve the right to limit guest usage during peak times.

*Guests are not allowed on weekends beginning Memorial Day weekend*

Nationwide Membership: Members of another YMCA may use our facility free of charge up to 6 times per month. After the sixth visit in a month, there will be a $3 fee per visit. Nationwide membership guests must present a photo ID and their YMCA ID to verify their membership and are not allowed to bring guests.
Third party memberships including United Healthcare, Silver Sneakers, Humana, Allied Health, etc. are NOT part of the Nationwide Membership Program and may not use the facilities.

Active Military YMCA Membership: Deployment can be a stressful and uncertain time for our nation’s servicemen and women and their families. In partnership with the Armed Services YMCA and the Department of Defense, the Y is proud to offer free memberships to eligible military families and personnel to give them extra support during this difficult period. It’s our way of giving back to those who dedicate themselves to serving our country.

Financial Assistance: To make our programs and services affordable and accessible to all, the Florence Family YMCA offers a fee assistance program. Applications are available at the front desk.

Code of Conduct: Everyone using the YMCA is expected to behave in a mature and responsible manner and respect the rights and dignity of others. The YMCA insists that individuals using this facility demonstrate caring, responsible, respectful, and honest behavior. Our Code of Conduct does not permit profane language or action that can hurt or frighten another person. Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to aggressive or threatening behavior, harassment of any type, inappropriate language, or any inappropriate sexual activity may result, at the sole discretion of the leadership team and/or Board of Directors, in suspension or termination of membership.

Carry Your Membership ID Card: It is necessary to present your membership ID card for admittance to your YMCA. If a member forgets their card, membership must be verified at the front desk before admittance. Membership cards are non-transferable. Any member that lends their card or assists a non-member in unauthorized use of the facility subjects their membership to revocation. Lost cards can be replaced for $5.

Returned Checks: Returned checks and bank drafts will be assessed a $30.00 processing fee.  We participate in the Solicitor’s Worthless Check Unit.
