Group Fitness
- Below are fitness levels which are denoted in each class description on the schedule.
- Beginner/Low Impact: (B) For participants who are new to aerobic exercise or those with knee and back problems. Includes basic movements and sequences that are low impact.
- Intermediate/Medium Impact: (I) For the slightly more experienced participant. Includes simple patterns that may vary in intensity levels.
- Advanced/High Impact: (A) For the experienced aerobic participant. Includes more challenging patterns at higher intensity levels.
Basketball Gym
- The gym closes at 8:45 pm Monday-Thursday, at 7:45 pm on Friday, and at 5:45 pm on Saturday/Sunday.
- Special events and camps may be posted separately.
- When the kids are out of school, have early dismissal, and/or on rainy days, our child care program may be in the gym more and longer than their usual times.
Indoor Pool
- Open Swim times indicate when children may swim according to the Safety Swim Test Procedures.
- Whether there are 1 or 2 lanes available is dependent upon the number of people in the pool at the time. Guards will put in a second lane if they are able.
